Who is Z Services Merale Cloud Guide for?

This guide can be used by the Domain Group Administrator and/or Domain Administrator to configure Z Services Merale Cloud by following the Cloud setup steps.

DOMAIN GROUP ADMINISTRATOR

Z Services Merale Cloud customers are given a Domain Group Administrator account on setup and this account has full control.

The Domain Group Administrator performs the Cloud setup, which includes adding one or more domains and delegating control of each domain to a Domain Administrator.

Note

The Domain Group Administrator can assign themselves as Domain Administrator to one or more domains. The Domain Group Administrator account is not typically used for day-to-day administration, this is generally the role of the Domain Administrator.

DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR

The Domain Administrator is typically the day-to-day user of the Cloud. The Domain Administrator has domain level admin privileges with access to domain level black/whitelists, domain level reporting and history as well as all the quarantined items for the domain to which they are assigned.
