Test Connectivity to your Mail Server

Once a domain has been added, test to make sure your mail server will accept email from Z Services Cloud. While logged into Z Services Cloud as Domain Group Administrator, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Relay Settings and click the check icon ST-701-test-button.jpg in the Options column for the domain you want to test.

  2. In the Send Test Email dialog box, enter a valid email address and click Send.

  3. Verify the email has been delivered to the specified email address.
