Capturing HTTP Headers on Google Chrome
At times, Z Services Support might ask you to provide HTTP headers when
troubleshooting certain issues. The HTTP headers identify the specific
URL the browser accessed when you opened a web page. Google Chrome has a
built-in developer tool that allows you to capture HTTP headers and
save them to a file. You can use the Google Chrome embedded HTTP header
capture tool on Google Chrome version 54.0.2840.71 m. If you are running
a different browser version, the steps might be different.
1- Open the developer tools window by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + i
or
Open the menu on the top-right corner and select More Tools > Developer Tools.
2- Click the Network tab.
3- Make sure the record button is red and the Preserve log option is checked.
4- Once the test is completed, right click on one transaction and select Save all as HAR with content.
5- Send the saved file to the Z Services Support team.
